All requests are processed during normal business hours.

2. Timeframe for Cancellation

  • Orders not yet processed or shipped:
    Eligible for full cancellation and refund.

  • Orders already processed or prepared for shipment:
    May be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Orders already shipped or delivered:
    Cannot be canceled and must follow our Return Policy.

3. Custom or Special Orders

Orders for custom, special-order, or non-stock equipment (including certain machinery or attachments) cannot be canceled once processing has begun, due to supplier commitments.

4. Cancellation Fees

Williams Tractor reserves the right to apply cancellation fees in the following cases:

  • Equipment that has been prepared, assembled, or reserved

  • Orders requiring supplier restocking

  • Administrative and processing costs already incurred

Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated before finalizing the cancellation.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after confirmation

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

6. How to Request a Cancellation
