To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or operated equipment

  • Custom or special-order machinery

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications

  • Clearance or final sale items (if marked as such)

3. Free Shipping Policy

Williams Tractor offers free standard shipping on eligible orders. However:

  • Free shipping applies only to the original delivery

  • Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to:

    • A defective item

    • An error on our part (wrong item shipped)

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:
